Bruce Ford, CA
President, CEO & Director

Bruce Ford was most recently the president of Initial Capital Partners, a Limited Market Dealer which focused on investing in early stage financings in the mining and energy sectors. He currently acts as a Director for Rodinia Minerals which is focused on Uranium and Lithium exploration. Prior to this Bruce was the Vice President FX & Commodities at Ontario Teachers' Pension Fund responsible for global macro strategy of the currency and commodity exposure for the fund. Prior to joining OTPP in 1996, Bruce worked in a variety of Corporate Treasury roles at Ontario Hydro, Manulife Financial, and Wood Gundy. He attained his Chartered Accountancy from Clarkson Gordon in 1989 and his bachelor of Commerce from Queens University in 1986.

Will Randall
VP Exploration & Director

Mr. Randall is a Professional Geologist whose experience includes management roles in both mineral exploration and production. During his career he has run, or participated in, exploration programs responsible for numerous discoveries and has taken deposits from the resource stage through to feasibility and production. Mr. Randall has recently served as VP Exploration for Rodinia Minerals, Liberty Mines and is Manager of Exploration at Forbes & Manhattan. Mr. Randall has worked extensively in South America throughout his career.

Daniel Bruno
Director

Mr. Bruno is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, at York University. He has over 15 years of investment experience. He commenced his career with the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board, and then transitioned to investment banking where most of his career was with GMP Securities Ltd as a Director in the Investment Banking group. Mr. Bruno also worked as a Managing Director of a US based investment bank.
