Toronto, Ontario – Alder Resources Ltd.  (the “Company”) announces that Donald Mosher has resigned as a Director and that, simultaneously, William Randall,., of Toronto, Ontario, has been appointed as a Director of the Company.  Mr. Randall is a Professional Geologist whose professional experience includes management roles in both mineral exploration and production.  During his career he has run, or participated in, exploration programs responsible for numerous discoveries and has taken deposits from the resource stage through to feasibility and production.
